I oasis't used Hackler plumbing, and based on reviews, I imagine they're quality plumbers. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with a visitor van. I was driving on Eldorado & was in the turning lane for 75. One of the company's vans literally cut me off to get in front end of me in the turning lane. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid being hitting! I would've gladly let him in if he'd requested to move into my lane. This wasn't the instance. Sorry I didn't go the license plate. I was a little shaken.

FYI: Had a 3/iv " Shutoff valve replaced on my firm forepart today. $600. Really? I had even dug upwardly the valve in diagnosing the problem. The Ball valve they replaced with maybe price $twenty and it took 2 of them 2 hours. They said the charge was commonly $650 but gave the $50 disbelieve. WOW. If I had the fourth dimension and tools would have done myself. I didn't have time for plumber shopping. Fantastic company! Our tankless water heater stopped heating our water. We called our warranty visitor on Monday and someone wasn't going to come up out until Thursday. They were on-time, stayed on budget and went to a higher place and beyond to help the states get back in our domicile. Woke up on Christmas Eve with both toilets chock-full and sewage water backing up in both bathtubs and showers. I immediately started calling every company that showed 24 Hour service but with it being a Dominicus plus Christmas Eve no one was answering and if they did they told me they were not working because of the vacation. Sheena at Hackler Plumbing answered the telephone right away and went style beyond her means in trying to find someone to come up out and assistance me. Feliz arrived in 45 minutes and ran a scope with a camera to find that my tree roots had invaded the main sewer line. I had another plumbing visitor that came out 3 weeks prior to this for the same problem but never did this process to really detect out what was causing it. Long story curt the possessor Brad came out Tuesday the day later on Christmas and it was all fixed by Wednesday. This family owned company in my opinion truly cares about trying to assistance you and went fashion beyond what other companies would normally do at a price that is extremely reasonable considering they had to dig an 8ft pigsty to repair my piping. Slap-up service! Fast, fair price, and very friendly. My water spigots had frozen considering I left my hoses attached. Well the result was busted pipes behind the spigots which acquired water to leak behind the wall and through the bricks. I tried to gear up it myself (should have been easy) and broke off the spigot. I used Hackler a couple weeks ago.I called them on a Lord's day evening, and my phone dropped the call before it could connect. Earlier I could even re-punch the number, they were calling me back, on a Dominicus evening!!They scheduled my appointment, and gave me a tentative quote (that tin can obviously change when the work is done).On the day of the appointment, the two men doing the repair arrived on time, were polite, were quick, and were honest. They went right to piece of work and completed the job within 25 minutes. They were missing one part, so they indicated they would return the following day and replace it.When I came dwelling from work that next day, the job was done and everything was fixed.The ONLY thing that frustrated me was their price. I know the part they replaced costs nearly $35, and nevertheless the bill was around $289. To their credit, the price they charged was exactly what they quoted, but it just seemed excessive. At that rate, each repair tech was basically earning $127, for 30 minutes. So essentially (although they are not getting all that coin), they are charging nearly $254 per hour for labor.If the repair had required cutting brick to get to the piece that needed repair - which it wound upward not needing, it would accept been just $100 more - so it seems in that location is some room to accuse slightly less in labor for the work.That said, for me, service level outweighs price, and then while the cost was, again, simply slightly frustrating, I ABSOLUTELY recommend them for time to come work and have already indicated to them I'd like to bring them back for another chore.Thanks for being a great company - you've definitely earned at to the lowest degree a second chore from me!

The reviews specifically mentioned their affordability and quality, and their website fifty-fifty mentioned that their service accuse was less than their competitor's. I'd attempted to research and fix both, only ran out of time and sought a quick, efficient and quality repair. Hackler Plumbing seemed to be what I was looking for. Booking the appointment was like shooting fish in a barrel, and Jon and Derrick showed up exactly when scheduled. Both were professional and friendly.I showed them the running toilet, and they said it was an old faulty flapper, which they could replace for $75. I declined, equally a flapper is a $5 part that is like shooting fish in a barrel to replace now that I knew what the trouble was. They then examined my shower and said information technology was a simple Moen cartridge replacement that they could do for $289. I ok'd that repair, with guests coming in a solar day or two that I would need the shower for their use.The repair was completed in 15 minutes, and I paid. However I remain extremely disappointed with the overall feel because I feel similar I have been taken advantage of. I realize that these were easy repairs that any plumbing neophyte could repair, but how a reputable vendor can look a client in the eye and quote $75 for a $5 part that takes literally two minutes to replace, or charge almost $300 to replace in x minutes a shower role that is $xl at Home Depot is unfathomable. I would be embarrassed to accuse someone that amount. I would accept gladly paid a trip charge and a reasonable parts/labor charge for these repairs, merely shame on me. I can only presume that I paid for the opportunity cost of their going to a larger job, and and so they had to make upwardly the revenue somehow. Lesson learned.

Called a 24/7 big name plumber but they couldn't guarantee when they would be out and information technology was sounding very expensive. Ace and Jon and rest of the crew were very professional, prompt, and courteous. Total cost was very reasonable and about half what a friend spent for similar water line repair. That plumber was besides non familiar with the hookup just, at least they had the form NOT to charge me for a service call because they could non fix the problem. I eventually had to phone call the original plumber who installed the system only to discover out it was not a plumbing issue. They also did Non charge me a service call. Needless to say, I would NOT call this visitor again!!!!

Our water heater stopped working a couple of weeks ago. It was the original unit the builder installed 7yrs ago. I Googled plumbers in McKinney and Hackler was one of the first to pop up. I visited their website and read their reviews on Google. Not only did Brad and Jeff show up on fourth dimension but they fixed my gas fireplace in a timely mode and besides guided me on how to set up a small issue in my principal bath. I chose Hackler Plumbing because of the positive reviews, that they are local in McKinney and quite honestly, because their diagnostic fee was only $39. About plumbers charge fashion more than that, and to me, this was a sign that they were going to be honest and fairly priced. Exceptional customer service & affordable rates. Brad Hackler did several small and large projects on a newly purchased investment holding (aka money pit). The house is approximately 50 years onetime and as presently as the new tenant moved in, several major issues were discovered including leaky gas pipes, rotten floor boards underneath leaky bathroom fixtures, the kitchen sink needed to be replumbed, problems with the dishwasher... the list went on and on.We hired another visitor showtime to repair the bathroom problems but were non pleased then nosotros tried a second, extremely reputable & highly recommended company but their rates were heaven high. I'm then thankful we moved on to the tertiary visitor, Hackler Plumbing. Brad's rates were more than fair and his customer service was exceptional; even the tenants, who were extremely inconvenienced by all the bug (to say the to the lowest degree), speak very highly of him. I volition never call any other plumber!
